I have been working at Webware.io full-time
They have the most insane staff appreciation events and incentives. From trips to Bahamas to Vegas to Ipads and everything in between, they keep you motivated doing your best. The management team starts every single day with a meeting with ALL the staff to pump up and encourage us for a brand new day ahead. I've never experienced anything like this. They are always available with an open door policy if you're stuck on something. I can talk forever about how amazing this company is. Fluke that I was looking for a job, fresh off a divorce, when I got a linkedin message from the CEO. Honestly one of the best decisions I've ever made because there is no way I would be making this much money anywhere in a starting position. Can't wait to start moving up and seeing how far I can take it.
